Having served the Quedgeley community for 30 years, this represents an exciting new chapter for Michael Tuck Estate and Letting Agents. Our purpose-built office has been designed to provide a modern, welcoming and highly visible home for our sales and lettings teams, while reinforcing our long-term commitment to the area.
Six years in the making!
The project has been almost six years in the making and holds particular personal significance for Chairman Richard Tuck.
Richard said:
“My dad Michael started working on the plans for the new office almost six years ago. Sadly, he passed away in 2022, but I made a promise with his wife, Julie, that we would finish what he had started and bring his vision to life.
“We always joked that we had the worst office in the best location. Now, I’m incredibly proud to say that we have the best office in the best location!
“The finished building has surpassed what I originally imagined, and the reaction from our customers, neighbours and staff since opening has made all the hard work worthwhile, and in recognition of my dad we have decided to name it Michael’s House”
The development has involved a considerable amount of planning, decision-making and problem-solving. We are extremely grateful to everyone who helped bring it to life, particularly Olan Hodnett and James Cross of Ardagh Management Limited, who delivered an outstanding building within the agreed budget and timescale.

The new office, however, provides our team with an excellent working environment and gives customers a comfortable and convenient place to discuss selling, buying, letting or renting a property.
Although the building may be new, our values remain unchanged. We will continue to combine knowledgeable local advice with the friendly, personal service for which Michael Tuck Estate and Letting Agents has become known.
