Our well‑known Michael Tuck Estate and Letting Agent’s office in Quedgeley, a familiar sight for many years, is in the process of being redeveloped into a brand new modern new workspace with two stylish apartments that will be available to rent on the first floor.
The project aims to bring the building up to today’s standards while keeping its welcoming, community‑focused feel. The new office will offer a brighter, more comfortable environment designed for the way people work now, giving staff and visitors an even better experience right in the heart of Quedgeley.
Above the office, the two new apartments will provide new, energy‑efficient homes in a convenient location close to local amenities and have been thoughtfully designed by Elevation One Building Design Ltd with:
✅ Modern layouts
✅ Plenty of natural light
✅ Sustainability at the heart – including air source heating and solar panels

During the redevelopment, business will continue as usual. The Michael Tuck team — offering Estate Agency, New Homes and Property Lettings and Management — will be temporarily based nearby at 233 Bristol Road, Gloucester, GL1 5TL, ensuring clients can still access all the support and five star customer service they’re used to without interruption. We can be contacted on 01452 543200 or estates.quedgeley@michaeltuck.co.uk
The redevelopment will be led by Cheltenham based Ardagh Management, who will act as the main contractor throughout the project and will be employing local Gloucester based sub-contractors. Construction has already started, with the existing building already demolished and is anticipated to be ready for occupation in August 2026.
For many residents, the Michael Tuck office has long been a trusted part of the community in Quedgeley. This redevelopment marks an exciting new chapter, bringing fresh energy, new homes, and a modern workspace to a place that so many people already know well.
