
The New Homes at Perrybrook, Gloucester are currently being built by national builder Linden Homes, Bellway and Taylor Wimpey. It is the first of seven phases which will see 1500 homes being built along with playing fields, a sports facility, 22,000 square metres of employment land and informal public space.
Where is Perrybrook?
The new homes development is located on the eastern edge of Gloucester, and adjacent to the historic Brockworth Court. It can be found off Mill Lane, Brockworth near to the A46 Shurdington Road and will spread west along the A417 towards the M5 and Hucclecote. The A46 and A417 provide direct links into Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Stroud, as well as to the M5 (junction 11A – 0.5 miles).
What is it like to live at Perrybrook / Brockworth?
There are plenty of local amentities for everyday living with the stunning Cotswolds reachable in under five minutes so you’ll be well placed to enjoy rural life as well as being able to commute. Brockworth is also home to the annual cheese rolling race on Cooper’s Hill and is the birthplace of Simon Pegg!
What housetypes and incentives are available at Perrybrook?
It is expected that as more house types are released other incentives such as Help to Buy, Part Exchange and Assisted Move will be announced. It is also expected that in the region of 40% of the new builds will be affordable housing with some available on shared ownership schemes.
