The New Homes at Perrybrook, Gloucester are currently being built by national builder Linden Homes. It is the first of seven phases which will see 1500 homes being built along with playing fields, a sports facility, 22,000 square metres of employment land and informal public space.
The new homes development is located on the eastern edge of Gloucester, and adjacent to the historic Brockworth Court. It can be found off Mill Lane, Brockworth near to the A46 Shurdington Road and will spread west along the A417 towards the M5 and Hucclecote. The A46 and A417 provide direct links into Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Stroud, as well as to the M5 (junction 11A – 0.5 miles).
Other developers involved in the scheme include Bellway and Taylor Wimpey and show houses are expected to launch in 2020.
Linden Homes have released off plan sales with the incentive of Stamp Duty Paid.
It is expected that as more house types are released other incentives such as Help to Buy, Part Exchange and Assisted Move will be announced. It is also expected that in the region of 40% of the new homes will be affordable houing with some available on shared ownership schemes.
